A&J Freight Trucking is looking for professional carriers to join our driving team. CDL Operators that drive with us will experience excellent customer service from our staff, as we view our drivers as teammates who have the same goal of safely moving freight to its destination. A&J Freight Trucking can offer FTL or LTL loads, with equal and fair pay. Our company enforces strict background checks on all drivers to provide our customers with security knowing their freight is in safe and reliable hands. A&J Freight Trucking has a client portfolio that includes various shippers throughout the United States. Therefore, we do not lack the options to keep you on the road with freight shipments.

Our customers offer nationwide dry, refrigerated, and flatbed freight ranging from local hauls to coast-to-coast transport. Once you join our team of drivers, we will assign a dedicated driver representative to assist with anything. Our goal is to build a lasting partnership with our contract drivers.

We offer Quick Pay, Comcheck, or ACH payment options to help improve your cash flow.

Requirements for our drivers:

• Must possess Class A CDL
• No DUI’s, Reckless/Careless driving or pleas to lesser charges
• No accidents in a commercial motor vehicle or personal vehicle in the previous 5 years
• Acceptable Pre-employment Screening Program Report (PSP)
• No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years
• Must be able to pass a drug test; cannot have failed or refused to take a drug or alcohol test
